The offer and sale of products on this Website are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.

1. APPLICABILITY OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1) These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.compagniadelleindie.com between users of the aforementioned sites and the Seller.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller that are present on the Site via links, banners, or other hypertext links. It is the User's responsibility to verify the terms and conditions of sale before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller. Myluna is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between Site users and third parties.
1.2) Through the Website, Myluna offers products for sale and carries out its e-commerce activities exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers", i.e. any natural person acting for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any.
2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN CONSUMER AND SELLER
2.1) The language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian.
2.2) Purchase requests from countries not included among those indicated cannot be accepted.
2.3) The consumer who intends to place an order for one or more products on www.compagniadelleindie.com, in order to conclude the purchase contract, must complete the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.4) Before purchasing products by submitting the order form, the consumer is required to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Right of Withdrawal Policy. By submitting the order form, the consumer declares that he or she has understood and accepted its contents, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Right of Withdrawal Policy. Failure to fully accept these contents will result in the order being inadmissible.
2.5) Product prices may be subject to change. The consumer is required to verify the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
2.6) The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order form electronically, after verifying the accuracy of the order data.
2.7) Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will take charge of the purchase order.
2.8) The order form will be stored in the seller's database for the period of time necessary to process the order and in any case within the legal timeframes. The consumer can view the orders placed by accessing their profile and consulting the relevant section.
2.9) The Seller reserves the right not to process purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect, that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, or in the event of product unavailability. In these cases, the Seller will inform the Consumer by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not fulfilled the purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on the Site are no longer available or on sale at the time of the last access to the Site or the sending of the order form, the Seller will be responsible for informing the consumer promptly and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day following the day on which the order was sent to the Seller, of the possible unavailability of the ordered products. In the event of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the relevant amount, without being required to provide any further compensation.
2.10) Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will send the consumer, via email, a receipt of the purchase order, which will contain the information already contained in the order form.
3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS FOR SALE
3.1) Compagniadelleindie.com offers only new products for sale.
3.2) The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product page. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on may, however, not exactly correspond to the actual products due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be intact and unused. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of products that have been opened, altered from their essential and qualitative characteristics, or damaged.
4. PAYMENTS
4.1) The payment methods for the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs are indicated in the order form and constitute an integral part of these Conditions of Sale.
4.2) The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged at the time of purchase.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Products ordered on www.compagniadelleindie.com are shipped via express courier. Delivery times are limited to business days and exclude holidays.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
6.1) Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Product Sales Contract without incurring any costs other than the direct costs of returning the goods and without having to provide any reason, within fourteen calendar days ("Withdrawal Period").
The right of withdrawal referred to in this article is excluded in relation to the Sales Contract relating to clearly personalised goods or sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery.
6.2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Myluna by registered letter to the following address:

In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, he/she must indicate the order number, the Product(s) for which he/she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and his/her address.
6.3) The Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the Withdrawal Period if the withdrawal declaration is sent by the Customer before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period.
6.4) The Product, appropriately packaged and protected, must be sent to the following address:
MYLUNA SRL Via A. Volta, 2 36050, Bolzano Vicentino (VI)without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer communicated his or her decision to withdraw to Myluna. The deadline is met if the Customer ships the Product before the 14-day period expires.
6.5) The costs of returning the Product are borne by the Customer. For all other information, please read the instructions in the SHIPPING AND RETURNS section.
6.6) Myluna will refund you by sending a promotional code or by reversing the transaction using the same payment method chosen by the Customer when placing the order, 30 days after the date of receipt of the goods.
6.7) The right of withdrawal will not be effective if it is not exercised in accordance with the applicable legislation and, in particular, if the Product is not intact in all its parts and/or is accompanied by its accessories and/or elements that form an integral part of it; in such cases, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the Product. Myluna will notify the Customer by email within seven working days of receiving the Product, rejecting the withdrawal request. If the Product has already been received by Myluna, it will remain at the Customer's disposal for collection, which must take place at the Customer's expense and under his/her own responsibility.
7. MODIFICATION AND UPDATING
The General Conditions of Sale may be modified, also in light of any regulatory changes.
